China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was incorporated in 1984 in Hong Kong as one of the three pioneering intellectual property firms in China along with the enactment of the Chinese Patent Law. The firm provides comprehensive IP services to its clients in China and abroad, with expertise particularly in application prosecution, litigation, mediation, licensing, assignment and counseling in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyright, domain names, unfair competition and other IP-related fields in China. It also handles patent, trademark and design registrations in the HK SAR. The firm now has 560 staff members, including over 300
